Life Balance

I was thinking today how many people are capable of handling stress in their lives, while others would fall on their faces. Sometime it is the balance in life. Taking time for yourself is critical in balancing life. Getting enough sleep, 6-8 hours, exercising 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes of more. Attend a spiritual place for soul searching or spending quiet time alone, eating well. If all these does not work, seek professional help. It is a huge strength to reach out for help. Relationship Between Physical and Mental Health

You may not believe it but most physical symptoms are as a result of mental issues. Stress, Anger are just a few that would make us physically sick. Check yourself if you are under a lot of stress and angry about something, something people or everyone. This is a sign to seek professional mental health person. I am here! Life can be like this washer. It can spin and stop if it was set. Our lives are the same.
