Learning to Let Go

One of the most debilitating emotional sickness is unforgiveness   It is a burden that we carry and yet do not recognize the damage it does to our mental health. Letting go is the first step. Holding on for wrongs people have done to us may cause us more damage emotionally than original pain. This does not come overnight, but with patience and practice, it will happen and enjoy the freedom. Try replacing that person's name with someone you love and admire and see what happens. Or, if this does not work, seek professional help.
