Life Balance

I was thinking today how many people are capable of handling stress in their lives, while others would fall on their faces. Sometime it is the balance in life. Taking time for yourself is critical in balancing life. Getting enough sleep, 6-8 hours, exercising 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes of more. Attend a spiritual place for soul searching or spending quiet time alone, eating well. If all these does not work, seek professional help. It is a huge strength to reach out for help.
